Professional Experience:
Brian discovered his lifelong career at age sixteen when he began working for architectural firms in the Shreveport area. Upon graduating from Louisiana Tech University in 1992, he returned to Shreveport and worked for several architectural firms. Upon the closing in 2002 of his last employer, a family owned architectural firm, where he had worked 8 years and been promoted to the position of Vice President, Brian opened his firm in November of that year as a sole practitioner. Since then he has grown his practice to 5 employees.
Notable projects that Brian has worked on in a capacity of Professional of Record or Associate Architect include the CenturyLink Center Arena in Bossier City, LA, Louisiana Boardwalk in Bossier City, LA, Low Vision Rehabilitation Center, in Shreveport, LA, Poverty Point Reservoir State Park, in Delhi, LA, rebuilding of the Northrup-Grumman Ship Systems yards in Pascagoula and Gulfport, MS after Hurricane Katrina.

Sara graduated from Louisiana Tech University as Summa Cum Laude, receiving the AIA School Medal and Certificate of Merit for having the highest GPA among graduating seniors. Upon her graduation in 2005 she joined the team at mcnew Architecture and has worked there ever since. After receiving her professional license in January of 2009, Sara has continue to develop her career at mcnew Architecture as a Project Architect.
