Project Description:

The Center is a one-stop location with three distinct areas: the Low Vision Clinic – offering Low Vision Evaluations after referral from the patient’s eye care professional; Sensory Aids Store – open daily to the general public offering the latest technology to enhance the client’s remaining vision levels; and a Training Center – offering complete rehabilitation services and programs for all ages.  The Training Center includes 3-computer learning centers, 2-counselling/study rooms, mock apartment, and children’s rehabilitation room.

Construction Cost: $1,200,000.00

Winn Parish Health Clinic Renovations

Location: Winnfield, Louisiana

Date: 2009

Project Description:

This project consisted of a 7,352 s.f. interior renovation of the first floor of the Winn Parish Annex Building which houses the Winn Parish Public Health Unit. Renovations included creating a new intake/clerical/medical records storage area, enlarging the existing exam rooms, creating new nurses offices and a conference room, and installing new flooring, ceilings, and paint throughout the facility.

Construction Cost: $600,000.00
